Overcoming Impostor Phenomenon

Presented virtually by The Counseling Center and The Office of Graduate Services

An estimated 70% of people experience impostor feelings at some point in their lives according to an article published in the International Journal of Behavioral Science.

Do you ever feel like you don't belong in grad school? Do you worry that your professors and classmates will think you are a fraud? Known as the impostor phenomenon, these feelings of anxiousness and self-doubt burden us all at some point.

We invite you to join us as an expert from the Counseling and Testing Center unmasks impostor phenomenon and shares the university resources available to help students feel more confident to succeed.
