I am hiring for two positions at the Federal Reserve Board in Washington, D.C., and I received your information from a colleague at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.
The Federal Reserve Board recently announced several digital currencies research initiatives. As part of this work, the Board is seeking two virtual Computer Science Graduate Student Fellows to conduct research with the TechLab during the fall semester.
The TechLab team researches and analyzes new technologies relevant to digital currencies and other payment, clearing, and settlement activities. The team conducts hands-on research and contributes to the Board’s broader fintech and digital innovations work. The ideal TechLab fellowship candidate has an interest in financial technology (“fintech”), a working knowledge of object-oriented programming, and strong academic performance.
Feel free to share this posting with your students and encourage them to reach out to me with any questions they might have.
