So to make sure we are all on the same page, we need ALL Ph.D. students in the department to e-sign in the google doc below, to show your agreement with the contents of the letter.

-- This stipend hike letter references only Ph.D. students. So we will need signatures from Ph.D. students only. 

-- If you did not sign, we have no evidence that you consented with the letter and agreed with the original petition. Hence we may not be able to entitle any changes for you as you will be noted not in the list.

-- Consenting and signing off here does not and will never impact any decisions on future offerings of GAships or funding related decisions. Any conflicts, if risen, will be dealt with case-by-case.

-- Note that this is a petition, and the department requesting for signatures does not translate to approval of requests. The documents will be shared with all faculty and be discussed and we will communicate with the graduate students and/or the representative of graduate students, if any.
