Graduate Wellness Series:

The Resilient Scholar

Presented by the Chair of the Resilient Youth Next Generation Initiative
 and the Counseling Center

Your academic journey can be a roller coaster of successes and disappointments. Not being able to bounce back from stressful situations can take its toll on your overall well-being and, ultimately, impede your ability to succeed in your graduate program.

Join the conversation as experts from the Department of Psychology and the Counselling Center discuss the benefits of becoming a resilient scholar. Learn about resources available to develop a growth mindset when approaching challenges, and hear how you can view failure as a learning experience by integrating resilience into all aspects of your studies and work.

Space is limited. Pizza will be served; you may also feel free to bring your own lunch.
