Hi PhD Student,


Google is excited to invite doctoral students majoring in computer science and related fields to attend a PhD Summit on Friday, January 31st at Google Atlanta


The morning will provide a look inside Google Research and Engineering, and will feature talks from Googlers about the latest projects taking place in Atlanta and beyond, lightning talks, and a networking reception. A variety of topics will be covered, including Net Infra, Brain Robotics and more! 


Please express interest via this form by Thursday, January 16th. Due to increased interest and space constraints, we may not be able to confirm attendance for everyone who expresses interest. Selected attendees will be notified by Monday, January 20th. We hope to see you there!

Q. I registered! Can I come to the event?

A. We may not be able to accommodate everyone who registers for this event. Our team will provide confirmation and additional information to attendees by Monday, January 20th.


Q. Do you have to be a current student to participate?

A. Yes, you must be currently enrolled at your university. 


Q. What should I wear?

A. Whatever you’re comfortable in. Casual attire is appropriate! 


Q. Will transportation be provided?

A. No, transportation will not be provided for this event. We recommend utilizing public transportation or carpooling.


Q. Will food be provided?

A. We will be providing light breakfast and lunch. If you have any dietary restrictions, please note this in the form, and we will be sure to accommodate you.


Q. When will I receive a confirmation about the PhD Summit?

A. After the registration deadline, we will reach out to you with more details by Monday, January 27th. Not all who expressed interest will be selected due to space limitations.
