2. Weekly Halaqah

Assalamualaikum MSA, we are pleased to inform you of a 3 day halaqah series we will be having on the dates

2/25/14,  3/4/14,  3/11/14  in the MSA room (409 University Center) from 12pm to 1pm.) The series will be titled Signs of the Final Hour. Its an open invite to anyone and everyone who would like to attend. Below is a little summary and Insha’Allah the guest speakers will be Sheikh Faizan Wahid and Sheikh Samir Wahid.

Between the death of the blessed Prophet (PeaceBeUponHim) to the rising of the sun from the west, many Signs have appeared in our modern society that are warning us against the coming of Dajjal and the evils that have been released by our sins and the deterioration in our relationship with Allah. Some Signs appeared immediately after the death of the blessed Prophet and were drastic but short; others are subtle and have weaved their way into the fabric of our spirit and our society. They have become the norms of modern life but have deftly changed how we see and perceive, and how we lead our lifestyles. The blessed Prophet (PeaceBeUponHim) predicted, “A time will come when the faith will become like a stranger.” He also talked about the discovery of oil, a boom in the number of reciters of Qur'an, the targeting of scholars and much, much more. It is compulsory upon every believer who wants to know about a changing world devastated by economic, spiritual, and social downfall to learn what the future holds for them and how to save their faith in these trying times before the coming of the Final Hour.
