NIH: Publication of the Revised NIH Grants Policy Statement: Policy Changes and Clarifications Notices (NOT-OD-12-157). The National Institutes of Health (NIH) announces the publication of the revised NIH Grants Policy Statement (NIHGPS, rev. 10/1/2012). This revision is applicable to all NIH grants and cooperative agreements with budget periods beginning on or after October 1, 2012. This revision supersedes, in its entirety, the NIH Grants Policy Statement (10/2011) as a standard term and condition of award. Effective September 24, 2012

NIH: Revised Pre- and Post-Award Forms and Instructions Available (NOT-OD-12-152). This Notice announces the availability of newly revised forms and instructions used to submit interim and final progress reports, and other post-award documents associated the monitoring, oversight, and closeout of an award. Effective September 20, 2012

NIH: Proactive Compliance Oversight Program-Financial Conflict of Interest Requirements for NIH-Supported Institutions (NOT-OD-12-159). The purpose of this Notice is to announce that the NIH Division of Grants Compliance and Oversight, Office of Policy for Extramural Research Administration within the Office of Extramural Research, is launching a new Proactive Financial Conflict of Interest (FCOI) Compliance Program to assess institutional implementation and compliance with the 2011 Revised Federal FCOI regulatory requirements pertaining to NIH grants and cooperative agreements. Effective September 21, 2012
