The Office of Sponsored Programs is finally at the stage of development of the Proposal Express Online Routing System where we are inviting people to participate in some feedback sessions. The next sessions will be on Thursday, August 25 from 1:30p.m. – 3:30p.m.and Friday, August 26 from 10:00a.m. – 12:00p.m. For these sessions, we are inviting Principal Investigators and Department Chairs to attend and give us feedback. We will be showing you the product and then having you test it as if you are routing a proposal.
Our testing will involve you completing the routing for a real proposal. It would be great if you could bring the materials relevant to a proposal you have routed recently. This means a hard copy of the proposal routing sheet and electronic files that accompany the routing (e.g., budget, research narrative, subcontract budgets) on a memory stick. Information on the Proposal Routing Sheet will be entered into a web form, the files will be uploaded as attachments.
