01/05/2012
Decatur Street
12-0003  Officers arrested a Non-GSU individual for Assault. At 7:05 p.m. officers received a BOLO from APD that an individual was assaulting females. Officers located the individual on Decatur Street. He was placed under arrest and turned over to Atlanta Police.

Upper Alabama Street
12-0004  Officers arrested a Non-GSU individual for Public Indecency. At 9:00 a.m., officers responded to a call of an individual driving around exposing himself. The individual was arrested, processed and taken to Fulton County Jail.

Marietta Street
12-0007  Officers arrested two Non-GSU individuals for Robbery by Intimidation. At 6:15 p.m., officers were flagged down by the victim stating that he had just been robbed of his IPhone and $40 cash. Officers apprehended both suspects, who were juveniles. The juveniles were transported to the Metro Detention Center.

University Commons
12-0008  Officers arrested a GSU student for Alcoholic Possession under 21 Years Old. At 12:05 a.m. officers responded to a call of an individual who appeared highly intoxicated. The individual admitted to have been drinking off campus. She was arrested, processed and released on a Copy of Charges. She was also transported to the hospital for further medical evaluation.

12-0009  Officers arrested three GSU students for Alcoholic Possession under 21 Years Old. At 12:49 a.m. officers responded to a call of three individuals who appeared highly intoxicated. The individuals admitted to have been drinking. They was arrested, processed and released on a Copy of Charges.

Woodruff Park
12-0010  Officers arrested a Non-GSU individual for Outstanding Non-Felony Warrant. While on patrol officers observed three individuals being chased by an individual carrying a stick. The officer made contact with the individuals and was advised that there was a verbal conflict between the individuals. Criminal history checks were conducted on individuals. One individual had an outstanding warrant out of DeKalb County. She was taken into custody and transported to Fulton County Jail.

12-0005  A report was filed for Theft. The complainant, a GSU faculty member stated, on 12/17/11 at 1:00 p.m. two bins of books were placed in the hallway. At 4:00 p.m. she noticed that the bins had been taken. The case is being handled by Investigations.
