Georgia State University Police Department
The following is a summary of Georgia State University Police reports
from 7:00 a.m. March 31, 2009 through 7:00 a.m. April 1, 2009.

Arrests
03/31/09
Park Place
09-0387	Officers arrested a Non-GSU individual for Criminal
Trespass. At 10:10 a.m. officers observed the individual in the building
that had previously been issued a C.T.W. He was then arrested, processed
and transported to Fulton County Jail.

Reports
03/31/09
Aderhold Learning Center
09-0388	Officers issued a Non-GSU individual a Criminal Trespass
Warning. At 1:35 p.m. officers were advised of an individual in the
building passing out cards. Officers made contact with the individual
and he was issued a C.T.W. and was escorted off campus without
incident.

Child Development Center
09-0389	A report was filed for Theft. The complainants, (1) GSU
staff member and (2) GSU student, stated that between 02/02/09 and
03/23/09 they have all noticed money missing from their wallets. The
case is being handled by Investigations.

University Center
09-0390	A report was filed for Theft of Lost or Mislaid
Property. The complainant, a GSU staff member stated, at 5:40 p.m. he
left a laptop computer unattended and when he returned at 6:10 p.m. he
noticed it was missing. The case is being handled by Investigations.

Stadium Parking Lot
09-0391	A report was filed for Entering Auto. The complainant, a
GSU student stated, he parked his vehicle at 2:00 p.m. and when he
returned at 7:10 p.m. he noticed the passenger side door was unlocked
and various items were missing. The case is being handled by
Investigations.

04/01/09
University Commons
09-0392	A report was filed for Non-Criminal Damage to Property.
The complainant, a GSU staff member stated, at 5:10 p.m. three
individuals were observed going into a student’s room and scattering
food on the floor. Officers made contact with the individuals which were
(2) GSU students and (1) Non-GSU individual. The Non-GSU individual was
issued a C.T.W. and was escorted off campus without incident.
