Dear Colleagues,

Georgia State University has concluded its FY 2015 fringe rate negotiations with the Department of Health and Human Services.

Due to rising health care and retirement costs, the university's full-time employee fringe rate has increased by 1.6 percent. The part-time employee and graduate assistant fringe rates have also increased. The rates below should be used immediately on all sponsored proposals.
