Attend the Oct. 10 IRB training session

The Office of Human Research Protections will conduct an educational training session on Oct. 10, from 10 - 11 a.m., in 230 Urban Life Building. This session will answer questions such as what to do if the IRB protocol was not followed, and how long do you have to report an incident to the IRB?

Register for this session<https://app.gsu.edu/training_reg/admin/?system=11>. Additional information about reporting unanticipated events can be found in the IRB Manual of Policies and Procedures<http://ursa.research.gsu.edu/wp-content/blogs.dir/105/files/2013/04/IRB-Manual.doc> (Sections 20-23), and the Reporting Requirements<http://ursa.research.gsu.edu/ursa/compliance/human-subjects/what-to-do-if-something-goes-wrong-reporting-requirements/> page.
