Sorry for this flurry of emails. I have been informed that I was misinformed! 
For those of you who did not have login priviledges to Spectrum,  complete 
the attached form and give it to your business manager. S/he can get the 
appropriate authorizing signature and you'll have access in a few days. 

On another note, ADP continues to be challenging for all involved so it is likely 
there will be a continued delay in posting payroll to grants. Effort reports will 
be delayed too.
