Office of Sponsored Proposals & Awards (OSPA) will be implementing a new and improved proposal routing process. Beginning Monday, Sept. 16, 2013, all proposal approval forms and supporting documentation should be sent via email to [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>.
The subject line should include the following information: PI, Dept., Sponsor, Due Date, CAYUSE (if applicable). Attach the proposal approval forms and documents as a single PDF file to your email. For Grants.gov proposals that are not available in Cayuse, please also attach the application package if it's available for initial review.
Once received, the proposal information will be entered into Spectrum and a CON# will be assigned. You'll then receive an email from OSPA confirming that the proposal has been received, entered and forwarded to the appropriate OSPA staff member.
Please note that correspondence to OSPA should not be sent to the [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> email address. This is to be utilized only for routing proposals for review and submission and is meant to replace the paper routing/delivery method currently being used.
