Dear Colleagues,

NSF has released the RFP for the Major Research Instrumentation funding opportunity<http://www.nsf.gov/pubs/2013/nsf13517/nsf13517.htm> with a deadline of Feb. 13, 2014. This funding opportunity provides funding between $100,000 and $4 million for research instrumentation development and acquisition. Only three proposals are allowed from Georgia State and at least one of the proposals must be for instrument development, while the other two can be for instrumentation acquisition. There is a 30 percent cost-share requirement that must be provided and approved through your college dean's office.
