[News from the Offi]

From the Office of Research Integrity

Dear Colleagues,

All university investigators are required to complete the Disclosure of Significant Financial Interest Form<https://sfi-gfa.rhcloud.com/login/gsu> on an annual basis during September each year.

A link to the Disclosure of Significant Financial Interest Form<https://sfi-gfa.rhcloud.com/login/gsu> can be found on URSA's Conflict of Interest Web page<http://ursa.research.gsu.edu/ursa/conflicts-of-interest/> under Required Forms.

Use your Campus ID and Password to log in. Check the "Annual Disclosure" box to complete the annual requirement.

The annual disclosure should include updated information regarding any previously disclosed Significant Financial Interest (e.g. the updated value of a previously disclosed equity interest), as well as any new Significant Financial Interests.

For additional information, see the Georgia State University Policy on Financial Disclosures in Sponsored Projects<http://ursa.research.gsu.edu/files/2013/04/GSU_Policy_on_Financial_Disclosures_in_Sponsored_Projects.pdf>.

Thank you for your commitment to transparency in research.
