GSU College-To-Career (CTC) Hackathon Series

Honors college in collaboration with the Department of Computer Science has created a series of events that aim at preparing undergraduate students to build their portfolio for applying to different career opportunities after graduation. We are piloting a set of four key activities that will develop the basis for job interview preparation, developing knowledge depth on the job hunting process, advertise their skills and work creatively and prepare for an interview. These four activities will be disseminated as 2-hour events virtually through a conference call modality, with some events requiring creating partners and some being individualistic. The events will be implemented in a Hackathon style, where participants convene over an event that focuses on problem-solving and projects, and with a finite time limit.

The events are open to ALL students at all levels of undergraduate students at GSU.
The events will be coordinated and hosted by Ashwin Ashok ([log in to unmask]<>), Honors college CTC Fellow and Faculty Associate and Faculty in Computer Science at GSU.
Events will be conducted via WebEx platform. Links will be distributed to registered students.

Event time: Saturdays 10AM-Noon on 27th March, 3rd April, 10th April and 17th April
