Department Announcements:

  *   The Department of Computer Science offers free tutoring for the following core 1000-, 2000-, and 3000-level courses:

     *   CSC 1301 (Principles of Computer Science I)

CSC 1302 (Principles of Computer Science II)

CSC 2510 (Theoretical Foundations of Computer Science)

CSC 2720 (Data Structures)

CSC 3210 (Computer Organization and Programming)

CSC 3320 (System-Level Programming)

  *   Tutoring is free and available to all students enrolled in these courses, on a first come-first served basis

  *   Tutoring service will be offered in both online and in-person modes. We are still working on the details and will finalize the plan soon.

  *   For virtual tutoring

     *   Where: cstutoring.cs.gsu.edu

     *   When: Monday–Sunday (full schedule will be posted at cstutoring.cs.gsu.edu)

  *   For in-person tutoring

     *   Where: Sports Arena, 1 floor (follow signs for STEM Center tutoring)

     *   When: To be announced

Student News:

  *   Girls Who Code at GSU is hosting the organization's first meeting of the 2021-2022 school year! The meeting will be held this Wednesday (9/8) at 12pm - 1pm EST at the CSC Conference Room, which is located at 25 Park Place in room 755.   *   Girls Who Code at GSU will be hosting a virtual meeting in collaboration with Google on next Wednesday, September 15th at 12-1pm EST. This meeting will be an informational event about Google's STEP Internship for 1st and 2nd years.
