Dear Undergraduate Fellows:

The 2011 Molecular Basis of Disease Research Day will be held at the
Student Center Ballroom on Friday, June 17th from 9:45am-6:00pm. This
research day promises to be an exciting one with outstanding oral and
poster presentations by MBD Fellows.  The Keynote speaker for this
year’s MBD Research Day is Dr. Ralph Baric, Professor, Department
of Epidemiology, Gillings School of Global Public Health, Center for
Infectious Disease, UNC School of Medicine.  Dr. Baric's keynote address
is entitled:

“Inspiration, Innovation and a wee bit of luck:  Exploring the RNA
Virus World�


The 2011 MBD Research Day will end with a cocktail reception and awards
ceremony for the best posters and oral presentations by MBD Fellows.
All GSU faculty, students, and staff are invited and are encouraged to
attend.

The official flyer and program for the day is attached for your
review.
