I'm excited to announce that the Open Genomics Engine (OpenGE), an open source project for analyzing and interpreting high-throughput sequencing data, is now available at www.opengenomicsengine.org . We welcome your feedback about this initiative and request that you share it with bioinformatics and cancer researchers within your institution.



Over the next three months, VBI will evaluate other popular workflows and features to add to OpenGE. We are seeking feedback regarding workflows as well as tools or features that you would find valuable, and are also looking for experts to contribute directly to OpenGE.
