Dear MS and PhD Students:

Starting Fall 2010, in order for you to schedule you M.S. thesis or 
project defense or
the PhD proposal or final defense you MUST announce the event on the 
www.cs.gsu.edu
website at least 1 week (preferably more) ahead of time. Details must be 
sent to
Dr. King ([log in to unmask]).

The defenses will not be allowed to proceed if it is not announced in 
the website. The
flyer posting is not mandatory anymore; if you wish, you may post flyers 
in the
department.
