Dear Student:

All Ph.D. students who are assigned a carrel in 34 
Peachtree  will move to 25 Park Place (6th Floor) on 
December 12th.

The crates and trash bins will arrive in the department on 
December 3.

Students will have access to the 6th floor around 4pm on 
December 12th  to begin unpacking. You must finish unpacking 
by December 20.

You will receive a standard crate to pack your  files, etc, 
and each student will share a lateral filecrate to pack  
equipment.

Also, you will receive labels which must be placed on the 
side of the crate.  Attached is a flyer about how to use the 
crates, and a layout of the space.

I will send the new seating assignments out at a later date.

The move schedule is as follows:

Dec 3 -     Crates and trash bins delivered
Dec 12 -   Move Day
Dec 20 -   Crate pickup day
