Subject: National Women in Cybersecurity Conference in Atlanta next week

I am organizing this National Women in Cybersecurity conference in Atlanta next week. We are expecting 500 attendees (half students and rest educators +professionals)

Quick links:
Conference Site:<>
Career/Grad school fair: (most of them)
Organizations represented:

Since my email yesterday, a few cancelled and instead of wasting money of those cancellations, I wanted to reach out to local potential attendees to see if there was interest among students/educators to attend. Local attendees will receive registration and meals at no cost.
Only thing is I need to know by Monday (March 23rd ) morning as I will be printing the names badge at noon.

If you or any of your peers/ (female) students are interested to attend, please send me an email quickly at [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>

Subject: WiCyS 2015 Final Notes

Dear Attendees

WiCyS is just a week away! You can view the final program here:

Couple of notes:

1. You can pick up your conference package at WiCyS Registration Pick Up booth, which will be open from 10 until 5:00 PM Friday. If you know that you are arriving late, please let us know so that we can make alternate arrangements for you.
2. You can pick up your hotel key from hotel front desk at Marriott Airport (conference site) or Courtyard North at your convenience at or after 3 PM Friday. Make sure to carry your ID. Even if your stay is covered by us, they may ask your credit card info for incidentals only.
3. On Saturday, we have arranged for the hotel (rooms Macon and Riverdale) to store luggage for you after hotel check out.
4. If you are planning to take the hotel airport shuttle to/from hotel/airport, see info attached. Courtyard North also has free shuttle to/from airport and to/from conference hotel.
5. For urgent (not the 911 type)/questions/assistance on your travel date, you can call/text this number: (931) 279-6226 Calls/messages for this number will reach me.
6. Students: If you are attending Resume Clinic or Career/Grad school fair, bring enough printed hard copies with you to distribute. We won't have a copier machine at our disposal at the conference venue.
7. There are walk in spots available in some of the workshops. If you are interested, reach workshop room at the venue few minutes early. It will be 1st come 1st served.
8. If you are attending workshop, make sure to check site for items to bring with you (if any).
8. You will receive email from CONNECT in WiCyS for conference connectivity. We encourage you to take full advantage of this free tool.
9. If you have not already, please let us know about your meal plan:
10. Professionals/educators/mentors: don't forget to bring a bunch of your vising cards, if you want people to have them.
11. We will have a table set up to distribute flyers about events/opportunities of interest to the WiCyS community. If you want, you may bring hard paper copies of such.

One last note.
We totally understand people's circumstance change unexpectedly and therefore if you know that you are not attending WiCyS 2015 (hope you are), please let us know now. We are already paying for the rooms that we have promised to purchase but at least we can save on food preparation and most importantly, make the vacant spot available to someone else (although it may be too late.)
Without prior notification, your absence will cost this non-profit project around $280 (for individual reserved lodging and food) OR $220 (for shared reserved lodging and food) OR $120 (just for food).

We hope you will be safe and sound and reach Atlanta with an open mind and leave with a lot of renewed enthusiasm!!
We are looking forward to meeting the WiCyS community.
