This talk will focus on home automation concepts, technologies, and infra-structures. I'll explain and demo how to develop a new skill for the Amazon Echo.

About the Speaker: Marco Valero is the Manager of Software Engineering at Internap Corporation, a high-performance Internet infrastructure service provider. He received his M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Science from Georgia State University in 2009 and 2012. He is an active developer of back-end services, technology enthusiast, and home-automation early adopter.
