Dear Grad Students,
We noticed that some of our grad students have registered for MORE THAN THREE 6000/8000-level classroom taught courses for Spring 2022. As we all know that graduate courses require a huge time commitment, doing more than 3 graduate courses and doing GTA/GRA/Grader duties simultaneously is not feasible. We believe that students who take more than 3 graduate courses may not be able to effectively conduct the duties. Currently, we are assigning assistantships for Spring 2022. If you do not drop the number of courses to 3 by December 16, 2021, you will be added to the low priority list for GTA assignment, and if you have already received a GTA assignment, your assignment may be revoked.
