Shae Erisson, a member of Freeside Atlanta and noted raconteur, will be giving a tour of Haskell next Tuesday.
Haskell is a purely functional programming language. Skill in Haskell itself is in demand, and the functional paradigm is increasingly valued in languages that are not purely functional.
Shae's talk is fit for beginners to Haskell, and will quickly show how Haskell enables a number of tasks common to programming.
This will be at a Meetup event of the Atlanta Functional Programming Meetup, in a great venue, so we'd love to have a big turnout.
Come hear Shae's entertaining exposition, and meet interesting people!
