Project title: Detecting Object Edges with CNN Dr. Cao's research lab is looking for graduate students to conduct research on objects detection with CNN related techniques. The project starts with developing schemes and demonstrate how to detect the object edges in images. The next step is to develop and demo the edge detection with an android phone camera. At the end, the model can be ported to other embedded systems like android phones to detect edges of some static obstacles with live camera. This can also be developed into your MS projects.
