Subject: [SAS] SAS Graduate Student Writing Group - Begins July 18th!

Hello everyone!

The Society for Anthropological Sciences will be hosting a graduate student writing group for the next six weeks. Any anthropology graduate students (including those starting Fall 2022 or those that graduated Spring 2022) are invited to attend.

The group meets each Monday from 10AM to 1PM Central U.S. time via Zoom. The group will meet for six weeks, beginning July 18th and concluding August 22nd.

Each week, students will have the opportunity to:

*        Set writing goals

* Receive peer feedback on written work

* Listen to a presentation on the writing process by a seasoned scholar

* Work on individual writing projects in a supportive atmosphere

The group is free to attend for graduate students. Please share broadly with your networks and departments.

For questions or to express interest, email Liz Bingham Thomas ([log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>).

All best,
Liz Bingham Thomas, M.A.
