We are hiring six graduate administrative and research assistants (GARAs) in the Office of Sr. Vice President of Enrollment Management and Student Success to work on the Chatbot Project. Chatbot is an AI smart-texting platform that is currently being used with newly admitted students and will be scaled for use with all enrolled undergraduate students. During the pilot and expansion, GARAs will be needed to provide administrative support to the enrollment services offices (Advising, Admissions, Financial Aid, Career Services, Student Success, Office of the Registrar, and International Student and Scholar Services) involved in the project and also identify and address common undergraduate questions to add to the texting-platform knowledge base. Appointments are for Fall 2018 with potential for renewal in Spring and Summer 2019. Students will work 40-50% time and need to be available during normal business hours. It would be great if students could start in early or mid- August before school begins. Attached to this email is the full job description.
