Good Morning Everyone,

Please see below the schedule for fall 2010 Mandatory Health Insurance 
waiver & enrollment dates.

Mandatory Health Insurance waiver and enrollment process will open on 
July 1, 2010.
Enrollment deadline will be September 1, 2010.
Waiver request deadline will be September 24, 2010

Voluntary Health Insurance plan - enrollment process opens July 1,2010.
Voluntary Health Insurance plan - enrollment deadline September 1,2010
