ServiceOutage is a listserv created to allow stakeholders
of IIT-managed services to report after-hours system outages.
Hours outside the realm of normal business hours from (10:00 pm - 6:00 am).
When an issue is identified a notification that is sent to this listserv will send a
message to those subscribed. When sending a message to this listserv, the
stakeholder will indicate the service impacted along with a message
that will be posted to status.gsu.edu.
All who have access to this managed listserv will have instructions
on how to post a status. If no status message is posted by the service
owner(s), the status will be updated on the next business day.
